Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, a payment confirmation notice will be sent to you via email. You can expect to receive this confirmation within 24 hours of payment receipt. The confirmation will include details of your order, the amount paid, and the payment method used.

Refund Policy

At Rigid Industries FZC, we aim to make your purchase experience as smooth as possible. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued only via the original mode of payment. This ensures that your refund is processed securely.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank for credit card transactions.
  • Refund Process for Credit/Debit Cards: Once initiated, your refund will be credited back to the card used for the purchase within 7-15 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank.
  • Refunds for Verified Manufacturing Defects: We will issue refunds only for products that have been verified to have manufacturing defects.
  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Cash on Delivery Refunds: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via cheque.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product, but only if the product packaging has not been opened, or the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported to us immediately upon receipt. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • If the product meets the return criteria, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
  • To return a product, please ensure that it is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. If these conditions are met, please ship the product back to us using a registered courier service. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • For furniture items, please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted once the item has been received, assembled, and signed off by the customer. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the item before signing off on the assembly and delivery.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been tampered with or used. We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments that do not meet these criteria.

Pricing and Description

  • Sanctioned Countries: As per the latest update from banks, we no longer accept payments from sanctioned countries. These countries have been removed from the checkout page, and payments will not be accepted via credit or debit cards from the following countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen

We have updated the checkout system to ensure that no payments are processed from the aforementioned countries. Please review the list carefully before proceeding with your order.
